All prices indicated for products available via the Site are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are excluded of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered in addition to any delivery and shipping charges.

Please note, all credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

During checkout, you will have the option to gift your Anecdotes and include a personalized gift message.

Please include the address of the person you want the gift to go to.

Note for Qatar orders only

You will not be expected to pay QAR 30/- delivery fee upon delivery as it will be charged at the time of online payment.

For Qatar orders:

Once you purchase a product form our website, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details.

All orders are delivered within 1-2 working days.

Delivery fee: QAR 30/- .

Note: You will not be charged for delivery at the time of online payment. Please pay QR 30/- (in cash) upon delivery.

For International orders:

ANEC. offers worldwide shipping in partnership with DHL.

Shipping fee is calculated at the time of checkout based on your location.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note, this can take longer during official holidays.

Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Before we can dispatch your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We’ll do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of customs delays.

We cannot cancel or modify the order after a day from its original order date.

For International orders:

For Qatar orders:

If you would like to return a product, you must notify us within 2 days from the date of delivery.

Returns may be made if the product has not been out of its original packaging. Products that have been used or damaged will not be accepted for a refund.

For International orders:
